Email Whitelist Instructions
Gmail
  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  1. Click the gear icon in the top right and select “See all settings”.
  1. Navigate to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab.
  1. Click “Create a new filter”.
  1. In the “From” field, enter @allindatarecovery.com.
  1. Click “Create filter” with this search.
  1. Check the box “Never send it to Spam”.
  1. Click “Create filter".​
​Outlook​
  1. Log in to your Outlook account.
  1. Click the gear icon in the top right and select “View all Outlook settings”.
  1. Navigate to “Mail” > “Junk email”.
  1. Under “Safe senders and domains”, click “Add”.
  1. Enter @allindatarecovery.com and hit Enter. You may just need to enter "allindatarecovery.com" (without the @ symbol).
  1. Click “Save” at the top of the page.
Yahoo Mail
  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
  1. Click the gear icon in the top right and select “More Settings”.
  1. Go to “Filters” and then click “Add new filters”.
  1. In the “From” field, enter @allindatarecovery.com.
  1. Choose “Inbox” as the destination folder.
  1. Click “Save” and then click “Save” again.
Hotmail
  1. Log in to your Hotmail account.
  1. Click the gear icon in the top right and select “More mail settings”.
  1. Under the “Preventing junk email” section, click “Safe and blocked senders”.
  1. Click “Safe senders”.
  1. Enter @allindatarecovery.com in the “Sender or domain to mark as safe” field.
  1. Click “Add to list”.
Apple Mail (iCloud.com)
  1. Log in to your iCloud Mail account.
  1. Click the gear icon in the sidebar and select “Preferences”.
  1. Navigate to the “Rules” tab.
  1. Click “Add a Rule”.
  1. Set the rule “If a message is from” to @allindatarecovery.com.
  1. Set the action “Move to” to “Inbox”.
  1. Click “Done” to save the rule.
AOL Mail
  1. Log in to your AOL Mail account.
  1. Click “Options” in the top right corner and select “Mail Settings”.
  1. Navigate to the “Filters and Alerts” tab.
  1. Click “Create a filter”.
  1. In the “From” field, enter @allindatarecovery.com.
  1. Choose “Inbox” as the destination folder.
  1. Click “Save”.
